Who can apply for a non profit? Like do I need to have a certain type of organization in order to apply for one?

A nonprofit corporation is required to benefit the public, a specific group of individuals, or its membership. The IRS does have certain activities that a tax-exempt organization cannot participate in - you may want to head directly to the IRS guidelines to see their requirements. What are you thinking about forming?

I am now corresponding with a girl on the dating platform, you may read more about such sites here. And she is a nurse. I know she is also working for some non-profit organization a few hours a week. I do not know where exactly and what are here responsibilities there. But I will ask her for more detail. I will post all the information here once I get it from her.
